The Pulse is scheduled for November 9 & 10 in Las Vegas at Bally's. Rooms reservations are being taken now and we recommend booking early to guarantee the lowest rates. Prices will likely double if reservations are booked separately and you aren't able to get in at the Pulse group rate. Reminder: No classes on July 24 at either Studio No parade practice this Friday (July 26). Be sure you have the August rehearsal dates on your calendar. Aug 10 (10 a.m. - noon) Aug 17 (10 a.m. - noon) Evening parade practices will be held the week of the parade and costume/clinic fees are due in August. NO regular classes will be held the week of July 29-August 2 per Studio summer schedule. Enjoy your time off!! We will switch to evening classes the week of August 19 when many of our students return to school. We are also aware that several schools have registration events on August 14. Students required to attend registration may use one of their summer absences to be excused this day. The fall schedule is being finalized and will be available in August. We have received multiple complaints about cars waiting in the through-traffic areas to pick up dancers behind the Brigham Studio. We realize that parking is FAR from ideal in this lot; however, we ask all parents to be courteous and aware of other vehicles. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS to our neighboring businesses' parking and delivery lanes. While it may not be the most convenient, please park and walk from the lot adjacent to the credit union, when necessary, and be mindful to ensure access to all other vehicles in the area.

Please contact the office or e-mail infinitydanceinfo@gmail.com ASAP if you need a room for Dance Fever. BYU Education Week is also on August 23 so most hotels in Provo are already full. Rooms won't be guaranteed after July 25. Cost is $30 each based on quad-occupancy or $120 per room (tax included). We have over 100 dancers who need rooms from our Studio so please make your arrangements early. We must ensure all dancers are taken care of before we can consider requests for private rooms. We have an AMAZING faculty scheduled - watch for updates soon!

The Peach Days Saturday evening performance is scheduled from 5:45-6:15 p.m. Plan to meet at the Studio several hours before to get ready and run routines. We will walk to the venue together. Watch for more updates as we receive additional information!

Reminder - the following teams have Parade Rehearsal Friday, July 12, from 10-noon: Elite ADP, Senior ADP, Brigham Senior, Brigham Teen, Brigham Teen Company 2, Brigham Elite, and Brigham Petite Companies. Ogden Company dancers are also invited! See you there :)

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Marriott through the Studio and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel accommodations for Dance Fever are very limited this year due to another event being held the same weekend. Registration must be done through the Studio. Please sign up ASAP if you need a room and/or are willing to be a chaperon.

Tiny Tots and BRIGHAM Tiny Company dancers are required to attend one-day and  encouraged  to attend both days.   (One-day dancers are called Mini Jump Starts.) Tiny Prep is optional but highly encouraged to attend one day. All other Companies and Company Prep are required to attend two days. Dance Fever is going to be a blast!!

The following teams will be performing in the Peach Days Parade on Saturday, September 7: Elite ADP, Senior ADP, Brigham Senior, Brigham Teen, Brigham Teen Company 2, Brigham Elite, and Brigham Petite Companies. Ogden Company dancers are also invited (not required) to perform if they can commit to the rehearsal schedule. 2013 rehearsal dates at the Brigham Studio:   July 12 (10 a.m. - noon) July 19 (10 a.m. - noon) Aug 9 (10 a.m. - noon) Aug 16 (10 a.m. - noon) Bring your smiles and lots of energy! Evening practices will also be held the week of the parade and have been tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, Sept 3, and Thursday, Sept 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. Meeting place TBA. Cost of $125 includes 12 hours of choreography/rehearsals and parade costume.

Cookie dough credits have been calculated and will be posted to accounts by next week. Please check with the office if you have questions about your amount. We received information today that one of the flavors is on back order so our orders won't be shipped until it is back in stock. This will likely be around the first week of August. We will post the delivery dates as soon as we receive them!!

In the House will be performing at The Pulse on November 9 & 10. Please talk to Mandy ASAP if you were originally in this routine and will NOT be able to attend. All Infinity students are invited to the workshops; however, this is an optional convention. The Pulse has not posted convention costs yet but estimate $225 per dancer plus a $25 competition fee for those who will be performing (in addition to travel and hotel expenses).
