INFINITY DANCE

Hip Hop Utah is an optional event that can be used as a make up convention for Full Out or for 6 hours of the Infinity Intensive. If your dancer participates, be sure to notify the office so they are given credit for attendance! See additional details and register at the following link http://www.hiphoputah.com/

Reminder – half of total costume fees are due on all accounts this week by 9/29 . If you have any questions regarding your balance, please check with the office. FINAL costume payments are due October 20 . Please make sure you include any additional auditioned routines in your total. We will have some competition fees due in November and December this season . Please make regular payments to avoid having a large sum due all at once. If you are new to Infinity this season or need new warm up pieces, orders will be due in October. Check with the office for sample sizes the week of October 3. Thanks!!

A message from our scentsy consultant: Hey everyone, the Scentsy Fundraiser packets are due on Monday. I need a few days to get them entered in the computer before the end of the month so you can get paid by the 10th of October. This weekend will be great to get all those last minute orders. We are very excited to announce several upcoming master classes with AMAZING guest instructors!! These classes are highly valuable in skill development for dancers to learn to pick up choreography from a wide variety of teachers and to assist with building success in convention atmospheres and audition settings. Please be sure the following dates are on your calendar: Sept 26:      Teen and Senior ADP with Jesse Thacker James Oct 12:         Junior/Elite/Premier ADP and Teen/Senior ADP with Jasmine Rafael Times and cost TBA. The Peanut Butter Jamm is an awesome charity event sponsored by our friends at Will Dance for Kids Project to benefit the Utah Food Bank’s Backpack Program. This is a fun, optional opportunity. Senior ADP is scheduled for choreography with Chris on September 30 (4-9 p.m.) & October 1 (10 a.m. until done) at the Ogden Studio. Please be sure these dates are on your calendar. Choreography fees are due September 29. Thanks!

A message from Samantha, our Scentsy Consultant: Hey Everyone,   I wanted to give some information about the fundraiser. It starts today, September 12, and the packets will be at both studios after about 5-5:30 p.m . The fundraiser earns you 25% of all sales. The tax is included on the price sheet in the packet and rounded up the nearest quarter to make things easier. The extra money will go back to your dancer.  Even if you don't want to go out and sell to your friends and family, it is a great way to get 25% off your own order or Christmas presents, birthday gifts, etc....  The packets are due back by Monday, September 26th . I need to get all orders in by the last day of the month so you can be paid out by the 10th of October and people can get all these yummy smells for fall!   Please contact me with any questions at 801-663-3477 . PEACH DAYS PARADE Saturday, Sept 10 We are #26. Dancers are to arrive ready to go at 9:00 a.m. The parade will begin promptly at 10. Our check in station is W4 just south of Dixie Grill (408 S Main) on Main Street. Please access from 400 South and 100 West. Main Street will be blocked off so plan to park near 100 West and walk to Main Street on 400 South. Reminder: All dancers in the parade will need to provide their own black out converse shoes. PEACH DAYS PERFORMANCE Saturday, Sept 10 5:00 p.m. Performance at Main Street Stage (58 North Main in the plaza next to the Academy Center and in front of the Hampton Inn). Dancers are to meet at 3:00 p.m. at the Brigham Studio (63 South Main) to get ready and mark routines. Main Street will be closed in front of the Studio. Look for parking on 100 or 200 East near 100 South. COSTUME UPDATE! All dancers performing in the parade should have received a note regarding costumes at the rehearsal tonight.  P lease have your dancer wear any combination of black and white (leggings, shorts, skirts, dresses, capris) for the parade costume with their blackout converse. Patterns are OK, as long as they are black and white. Please be sure outfits are modest with no bare midriffs showing and comfortable to dance in. Your account will be credited for the full costume amount. HAIR & MAKEUP Simple makeup with eye colors in neutral tones (brown and light tan), dusty pink shades of blush, black eye liner and mascara and red lipstick. Hair should be in a slick back, STRAIGHT, high pony tail. Thanks!!

PEACH DAYS PARADE OUTDOOR REHEARSAL Thursday, Sept 8, 6:00-7:30 p.m. FOR ALL PARADE DANCERS - We will meet at the Room Loft (475 E 1000 S) in Brigham City to practice on the pavement. Costume pieces will be handed out at the end of the practice.
