We have been notified by our credit card vendor that there was a database error during routine maintenance on their recurring payments site over the weekend, which processed autopays for last season. Due to this error, transaction authorizations were made against some credit cards that were not scheduled for payment.
The processed payments were NOT authorized by Infinity Dance. We have been assured by the vendor that any temporary "holds" or payments that were processed in error will be settled and accounts credited back based on their issuing bank’s policies – typically in three-to-five business days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however, we had no control over this situation. We have taken steps to ensure we don't have this issue again in the future with this vendor. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
