Spotlight Competition Info.

The Spotlight Competition will be held in the Austad and Allred Theaters in the Val Browning Center at Weber State University in Ogden. Spotlight is based in Idaho and refers to their Utah competition as the "Salt Lake City" event.

Competition Hair

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
