Mandy's Technique Class

All Sr ADP, Elite ADP, and Ogden Elite Company dancers will need the following items for Mandy's classes in Brigham and Ogden:

 Theraband
Pilate rings
5/8" x 36" dowel
Yoga mat

 The bands, rings, and dowels have been ordered through the Studio and can be purchased as a set for $40. Each dancer will be required to provide their own mat. Mats and equipment must be individually labeled with the dancer's name and be accessible for classes every week.

Competition Hair

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
