Hollywood Vibe Waivers - Need Parent Signatures

Dancers attending Hollywood Vibe are required to have a Release of Liability Waiver signed by a parent (if under 18). The form is available in the offices. Please come in and sign when you pick up or drop off your dancer on Wednesday or Thursday, June 17-18. If you are not able to come in person, please e-mail: infinitydanceinfo@gmail.com so a form can be sent to you. Thanks!!

Competition Hair

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
