    So is Jr. IDC not competing at this competition? It was on the original schedule.

      They are not competing but are welcome to come and participate in the master class :)

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
