Tamara loved working with our students at Full Out and has offered an incredible discount rate to us for this workshop!! Space is limited so act fast to reserve your spot! The workshop is open to all company dancers ages 10+ and will be held at the Ogden Studio. Dancers who participate in this opportunity will accelerate their performance in every aspect!

Tamara Squires is the creator of Dancer’s Body® and FLiP: Start With Happy! fitness programs. FLiP incorporates a balance of Positive Mindset, Optimal Fitness training and Nutrition. Tamara regularly conducts motivational seminars, master classes and one-to-one intensives where she trains and inspires people to be Happy, Healthy and Fit! She is a master teacher, motivational speaker and professional choreographer celebrating 30 years of experience as an instructor.
