Reminder - Hollywood Vibe team fees are now past due. Check with the office or email if you have questions on your balance. Late fees have been posted for Spotlight. Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
