Our deepest sympathy goes out to the Phillips family at the sudden passing of their father and husband. This true hero will always be remembered for his shining example and love of family and country. Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
