ADP Info. for Saturday

If you are involved in the event on Saturday (dancers have been notified previously), please be aware of the following:

EVERYONE will be required to present a photo ID in order to enter the event. MINORS, PARTICIPANTS AND GUESTS without a driver’s license may use a school ID or acceptable substitute (such as a yearbook page that includes a printed name with photo AND a birth certificate matching the name). If the minor is too young to have any form of photo ID, then that minor’s parent or guardian should present a photo ID and the child’s birth certificate or court-approved legal document that includes the parent or guardian name with the child’s name on such document. Make sure you have your two forms of ID!

If the parent or legal guardian is not attending with a dancer, please be sure you have completed and notarized your third-party designee paperwork.

Meet at the main entrance on the east side of the building between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. in your costume and your Infinity warm up jacket. BE COMPLETELY READY FOR THE STAGE WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the venue. We are asking everyone to stay and wait together so we can go on immediately upon call time. This is a busy weekend! Best of luck to all our dancers performing and families getting ready for the holidays. Have fun out there!!
