Just a reminder Spotlight fees are now past due. This is the last competition fee for all IDC, IPC and ITC teams! We know this is a busy time of year but please make arrangements to get in this week before late charges are posted. Thanks very much!! 😊😊

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
