We are so excited to announce we have added a Foot Strengthening & Balance class taught by McKenna starting this February on Wednesday's from 3-4pm. This class is for accelerated dancers only. We are only accepting 12 in the class at this time, but if we have enough interest we will consider a second class available on Thursdays from 3-4pm. This class is an additional cost ($12/month) and will be added to your tuition in February. You will also be required to purchase the necessary items and be responsible in bringing them to class each week. Items needed are as follow and can be purchased on Amazon:YogaToes Gems: Gel Toe Stretcher and Toe Separator, Balance Stability Disc with hand pump, Dopobo Beachbody 5 resistance Bands and Double sided Gliding Discs, Towel, and Yoga Mat. Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
