Below is the solo form for Hollywood Vibe. There is a total routine limit at this competition so solos may need to be auditioned and selected by the director, based on availability. If your team is attending the convention and you would like to compete, please complete all fields on this form and return it to the office by January 8. Payment will be due to the Studio immediately, if you are selected. Please check with the office if you have any questions. Thanks!!
