Hollywood Vibe Solo Form - Due January 8

Below is the solo form for Hollywood Vibe. There is a total routine limit at this competition so solos may need to be auditioned and selected by the director, based on availability. If your team is attending the convention and you would like to compete, please complete all fields on this form and return it to the office by January 8. Competition Hair

Hair is to be very straight with bangs pulled back and pinned with rhinestone bobby pins in a small bump (not large like last year) in the middle of the head. Part hair at the top of ears and pull back in a half pony and secure with rhinestone pony holder. The rest of the hair in the back is to be straight down long.
