Transcend Competition and Convention

Here is a copy of Transcends schedule. I will release a full schedule of competition times next week when the final schedule is ready.

Prior to checking in or entering Transcend premises each day, each person will need to complete an online health form before receiving a temperature check and wristband. This form takes about 2 minutes to fill out, and a link and QR code can be found below.

 Competition + Dressing Room Schedule:
- The competition is laid out in multiple blocks by studio with frequent breaks to allow for sanitation and dressing room rotation. Please check the "Dressing Room" schedule below to see your assigned dressing room opening and departure times.
- We do realize that there are more quick changes than usual for many dancers. Please know that we are aware, and we will do our best to make your experience as stress free as we possibly can!
- Due to time restraints, we ask that you adhere to the dressing room times listed, and exit promptly after your block is finished so the dressing room can be sanitized and the next group can come in. We suggest being fully ready for your first dance prior to entering the dressing area.

Observers + Mask Policy:

- A limited amount of workshop observer bands WILL be available on site.
- Competition does not require observer bands but we ask that you limit audience members to one parent/guardian/observer per dancer (excluding teachers and directors) due to limited seating. Competition observers are still required to complete a health form prior to arrival.
- Masks are required in workshop classes and at all times besides competition (optional). Dancers are asked to wear their masks in the dressing room and backstage until they go on stage

Competition Awards + Scholarship Ceremonies:
- Competition Awards will be live-streamed with in person access for teachers/directors only. The link can be found below, and we recommend dancers save this on their phones for quick access!
- All awards will be available for pick up at the registration desk after 6pm on Saturday. If registered with a studio, please send one studio representative only for pick up.
- Scholarship Ceremonies will be conducted in each separate ballroom for registered dancers/teachers/observers and will also be available to view

 Photo/Video
For the first time, Transcend will be offering a limited all access photo/video pass during the course of the weekend! You can learn more and access the deals with the link below. After the event is over, only full price a la carte options will be available.
