There is a LOT going on in the next few weeks. PLEASE be sure you are keeping up on dates and deadlines for fees due. Check with the office if you have any questions :)

WEEK OF AUGUST 3
Regular classes all week
Tuesday, August 4 - ADP Choreography deposit due $75

Thursday, August 6 - Brigham Studio Peach Days Parade Clinic 1:00-3:00 p.m. (please note updated end time) at the BRIGHAM STUDIO

Thursday, August 6 - Cookie dough orders will be delivered. Pick up is scheduled as follows:
 9:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Ogden Studio
11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. Brigham Studio

Friday, August 7 – Last day to book Dance Fever Hotel rooms at discounted rate of $89 per night at the Courtyard Marriott (includes breakfast).  Reservation link for Courtyard rooms on Aug. 28-29
LAST DAY TO BOOK: 8/7/15 (based on availability) see previous post on July 11 for direct reservation link

WEEK OF AUGUST 10
Monday, August 10 – Peach Days Parade fees due - Cost $125 includes clinics, shoes, and costumes
Monday, August 10 - ADP Choreography Fees balance due & ADP Choreography Sessions –Check office for balance
August 10-13 (and the 14th if necessary):
Production (Junior, Elite –Brigham and Ogden, Teen, and Senior ADP)
Teen/Senior Combined Hip Hop
Elite ADP Hip Hop – Brigham and Ogden

ARRIVE by 8:45 TO BE STRETCHED AND READY TO START PROMPTLY AT 9:00 A.M.  Erik’s session will be very disciplined and structured!! Please do not come late or plan to leave early. Bring plenty of fluid for hydration and nutritious snacks. Mandy will give more information to dancers in classes this week and we will post a detailed schedule as soon as we receive it.
Plan on FULL days of choreography starting at 9:00 a.m. until finished for the day. We are expecting dancers to be well-rested and ready for top performance during these sessions. Please check your fee amounts in the office. This choreographer is flying in for one week to work exclusively with our dancers. We have posted several reminders to prepare for these additional fees :)

Thursday, August 13 – Dance Fever Balance Due - $85 ($45 for Jumpstarts). $100 deposit ($50 for Jumpstarts) is now PAST DUE

AUGUST SUMMER SESSION
Classes will be held the weeks of August 3, August 10, and August 17

Epic Dance Convention

Epic Dance convention is coming to Layton at the Davis Conference Center on October 23rd and 24th with  an amazing faculty! They reached out to us and have a few spots left. It's $200 and it includes dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday. You would have to have a chaperone in each level and they would need to be at the director's meeting at 2:00 for covid instructions. Friday the convention goes from 3-8 and Saturday from 8-2:45. Let me know if you're interested in having your dancer attend and could possibly chaperone and we can get you registered!
