Please arrive 2 hours before your first scheduled routine or when doors open. You will need extra time to find parking and walk to the venue. Be early for this competition. Spotlight often runs up to an hour ahead of schedule. Admission is free.

Recording at this competition IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND THIS IS ENFORCED. Don’t jeopardize your dancer’s routine being penalized and please tell all your family the rules. Review the spectator guidelines below. We appreciate great sportsmanship!!

Spotlight requires dancers to wear warm ups in all common areas when they aren’t performing. Also wear your warm ups for award ceremonies.

Bring extra attire if you plan to participate in the dance down.

The competition starts on Thursday, April 25, and there are teams competing all three days. Get ready for another awesome competition!! It's going to be a great weekend!

We are so excited to welcome several new faculty members this season and are pleased to begin our introductions with McKenna Lynch!! McKenna has grown up in her family owned dance studio in Vernal, UT where dance has played an important part of her life and has taught her more than just steps. McKenna is trained in and loves to teach all styles of dance including Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Contemporary, Clogging, and Hip Hop. Choreographing is her joy and she has been hired all over from Washington, to New Mexico, and has won many choreography awards. She has had the opportunity of working with world renowned choreographers including Mia Michaels and Tabitha and Napolean. McKenna’s dreams came true when she auditioned for the hit T.V show “So you think you can dance” (season 8) and got a ticket to Vegas!
