Spotlight is known to run ahead of schedule!! Please be there ready to go 1 1/2 hours early. If you are one of the first performances of the day, be there when the doors open. The competition should start right on time.

The revised schedules are below. The advanced teen and senior solos and team competition is in the Austad Theater. Novice, intermediate, and advanced  petite and junior solos are in the Allred Theater.

• All dancers are required to wear a cover up while in the theater and public areas of the facility. REMEMBER YOUR WARM UPS OR APPROVED INFINITY COVER UP ATTIRE!! Warm ups must also be worn for awards.

Soloists - A Spotlight label is required for your CD. A studio representative will have the labels ready as soon as you arrive. CDs must be in a protective sleeve. DO NOT place the label directly on the CD and be sure you have a back up CD, flash drive, or IPOD. Music must be checked in early. The routine may be penalized if it is not turned in at least 5 numbers in advance.

Competition Hair - strait, slicked pony tail in the back middle of the head. Part on the left. If your hair is long enough, take a small section of hair from the pony and wrap it around the pony tail several times to cover the pony holder. PIN SECURELY and use plenty of gel so there are NO flyaways. Some routines may have an additional hair accessory. Your teacher will let you know if anything else is required for your routine.

Ogden Tiny Tots hairstyle for competition:
Part at the ears and pull the top half of hair up and back. Bobby pin back securely or put in a half pony if it is long enough and spray so hair stays off the face. Curl all the hair in the back so they will look darling!!

Make up
False eyelashes (for all teams except Tinies), brown and cream eye shadow, true red matte lipstick and lip liner, dark brown/black eye liner, black mascara, and dark pink/mauve blush.
