12:40 – Provo Civic Ballet
12:50 – Infinity Dance Studio

1:35 – Adjudication begins for Group 2
4:30 – Adjudication ends for Group 2

The public is not permitted to watch adjudication. The adjudication schedule will be posted at Viewmont High School. Dancers should be backstage 15 minutes prior to their adjudication time.

Gala Concert
Participants for the Gala Concert will be announced/posted at 5:00 p.m. in the lobby of Viewmont High School. Each studio will have at least one dance selected. Approximately 20-25 dances will be selected for the Gala Concert. The Gala Concert will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will end approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes later.  One of the core missions of UDF is to provide a venue for dancers and teachers to share their work with others in the Utah dance community in a non-competitive environment. For that reason, we would like the students to see as many dances from the other studios as possible. We will announce when a dance is “on deck” and when that announcement is made, the dancers in that dance should line up backstage.  Before that announcement is made, please have your dancers remain in the auditorium.  Also, please have your dancers return to the auditorium after their dance is completed.

Facility Locations
All master classes will take place at Creative Arts Academy.  The address is 165 South Main Street in Bountiful.  Please park in back and enter through the back entrance. There will be no food or drink allowed in the dance studios.  Also, only ballet slippers, foot-undies, or bare feet will be allowed.  NO street shoes should be worn in the dance studios.

The adjudication and gala will be held at Viewmont High School. The address is 120 West 1000 North in Bountiful. Because of our tight schedule, dances that are late will not be adjudicated. Also, please make sure that dancers pick up after themselves in the high school common areas.
