Wristband Policy:
Please be prepared to wear and show your wristband at all times.  No one will be allowed into any class without a wristband!  Registrants receive only one band.  Lost or removed bands require full repayment of fee.  Sorry, no refunds or credits, no exceptions.

Parents and Observers:
Entrance to all classes & the photo/autograph party can be accessed by purchasing an observer band.  Due to the beautiful new dance floors no chairs will be set up for observers.  You can bring a small pad or pillow to sit on if necessary. Noise level and activity should be kept to a minimum out of consideration for the guest artists and the dancers.  No cell phones, talking or disruptions allowed in classes.  All observer bands are non-refundable and may not be transferred from one person to another.  No one will be allowed into any class without a wristband!  Thanks!

There are very few eating choices in the immediate area.  You can purchase a lunch for $10 online.  We have to order the lunches by Friday at noon so be sure to go online before Friday and order your lunch!!

Souvenir Poster:
There will be posters available at the workshop.  They are $10 and have all four dancers on them.  This is the perfect item for autographs at the photo/autograph session!  Limited supply – first come first serve!  To reserve yours order ahead of time online!
